Bananas shake:Usually banana is a very effective natural ingredient to “gain weight”. We usually listen from many people that if you want to gain weight eat a banana daily. If you don’t want to eat a banana you can make a shake of it.
Take 1 banana add 2 cups of milk. Add 3 scoops of vanilla powder. You can also use cinnamon in this shake. Also, add three tablespoons of flaxseed oil. Make this shake and drink this shake daily to gain weight.
